  • Author: Misfits Market

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups mango (about 3 mangos), peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom

Instructions

  1. Blend 1 cup of mango, yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom until smooth.
  2. Divide remaining ½ cup of chopped mangoes into 12 popsicle molds. Pour mango mixture into the molds leaving ¼-inch of space at the top to allow for expansion. Insert wooden sticks leaving 1½-inches out of the mold. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight until frozen.
  3. Run the mold under warm water to remove popsicles and enjoy immediately.
