
With a little help from your blender or food processor, these mango lassi-inspired pops couldn’t be easier to make. And, thanks to the addition of protein-rich yogurt, you can count ’em as breakfast.

		Mango Lassi Popsicles
Ingredients

			- 1½ cups mango (about 3 mangos), peeled and chopped
 - 1 cup plain yogurt
 - ½ cup milk
 - 4 tablespoons honey
 - ¼ teaspoon cardamom
 
Instructions
- Blend 1 cup of mango, yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom until smooth.
 - Divide remaining ½ cup of chopped mangoes into 12 popsicle molds. Pour mango mixture into the molds leaving ¼-inch of space at the top to allow for expansion. Insert wooden sticks leaving 1½-inches out of the mold. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight until frozen.
 - Run the mold under warm water to remove popsicles and enjoy immediately.
