This classy gin-based bev gin-based bev packs the flavors of fruit, mint, and spices, with a zing of ginger beer to boot.


  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • Ginger beer
  • Cucumber spears, blackberries, and a mint sprig, for garnish


  1. Fill a highball glass with ice and add your Pimm’s No. 1 and lemon juice.
