Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • Ginger beer
  • Cucumber spears, blackberries, and a mint sprig, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice and add your Pimm’s No. 1 and lemon juice.
  2. Top with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
  3. Garnish with cucumber spears, mint sprig, and skewered blackberries, and enjoy!
