Smoky Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup any unsalted nut such as cashews, walnuts, almonds, and more
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Add nut mixture onto a sheet tray and spread into an even layer. Bake nuts for 40-50 minutes, tossing halfway, until nuts are golden and fragrant. Let cool and serve.

Brown Sugar Cinnamon Spiced Nuts

  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Add nut mixture onto a sheet tray and spread into an even layer. Bake nuts for 40-50 minutes, tossing halfway, until nuts are golden and sugar has caramelized. Let cool and serve.
