Peanut Butter Jar Sauce

Got a couple spoonfuls of peanut butter left in the bottom of the jar? Instead of painstakingly scraping ’em out, just throw a couple other ingredients in there and give it all a good shake for an easy sauce that works well with crunchy veggies, as a marinade, or tossed with noodles.

Here’s what you’ll need for an easy peanut butter jar sauce:

3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons honey
1 clove garlic, grated
1 teaspoon grated ginger
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2-3 tablespoons water
