Making a quick, grab-and-go breakfast that’ll keep you full all morning can be a challenge, so when we’re looking for an easy weekday breakfast recipe, we almost always turn to the classic: overnight oats. But we’re not letting the warmer-weather go by without adding a taste of summer to our breakfast and brunch staples. That’s why we love this fresh passion fruit overnight oats recipe, it fuels us for the day ahead while making us feel like we’re on a tropical vacation (at least we can pretend.)

Passion Fruit Overnight Oats

A make-ahead morning treat starring sweet and tart fresh summer passion fruit.


  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup mango puree
  • 2 passion fruits
  • 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings: ⅓ cup yogurt, 2 passion fruits, fresh mint


  1. Combine all the ingredients into a jar or bowl (besides the toppings) and stir until well combined.
  2. Place the lid on and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  3. Once ready, top with coconut yogurt, passion fruit pulp, and a sprig of mint.
