Chocolate-Tahini Overnight Oats
- Yield: 6 1x
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups oat milk

- 2½ cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together oat milk, tahini, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth and well combined. Add oats and chia seeds and mix until combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a mason jar or an air-tight container and refrigerate overnight until oats are saturated and are a porridge-like consistency.
- Divide the overnight oats into bowls. In a heat-safe bowl microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15-second intervals, stirring in between until melted. Pour the melted chocolate over the overnight oats and finish with flaky sea salt.
