Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 apples (any variety you love)
  • 1/2 cup Odds & Ends Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Odds & Ends Granola
  • Optional toppings:
    • Raisins
    • Mini chocolate chips
    • Honey drizzle
    • Shredded dried coconut

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the apples. Slice into 1/4-inch thick rounds to create your “apple rings.”

  2. Using a butter knife or spoon, spread a generous layer of O&E Peanut Butter on each apple ring.

  3. Sprinkle O&E Granola over the peanut butter. Press gently so it sticks.

  4. Get creative with toppings—add raisins, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of honey for a touch of sweetness.

Serve & Enjoy:
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a few hours before serving (best enjoyed fresh).
