Apple Rings with Peanut Butter & Granola
Ingredients
- 2 apples (any variety you love)
- 1/2 cup Odds & Ends Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Odds & Ends Granola
- Optional toppings:
- Raisins
- Mini chocolate chips
- Honey drizzle
- Shredded dried coconut
Instructions

Wash and core the apples. Slice into 1/4-inch thick rounds to create your “apple rings.”

Using a butter knife or spoon, spread a generous layer of O&E Peanut Butter on each apple ring.

Sprinkle O&E Granola over the peanut butter. Press gently so it sticks.

Get creative with toppings—add raisins, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of honey for a touch of sweetness.
Serve & Enjoy:
