We need an option to order more than one quantity of an item. One mandarin orange is not enough.

Hi Gwen, great question! The amount of produce we ship is limited to what we’re able to rescue. Sometimes, we do have a plethora of items where we can ship multiple. Other times, we have a limited amount and ship based on size or weight. However, we are constantly adding improvements to how we function and we’ll pass this suggestion along to the team. Thank you!

I want to second Gwen’s request. I have food allergies and although I love being able to pick my foods, there needs to be enough of one thing for me to do anything with. I would much rather be able to pick 2 celery root, 3 sweet potatoes and NOTHING else from that group than get 1 each of 5 different things.

I’ll also vote in favor of Gwen’s request. Sending one of something to a family of 4 doesn’t really work either.

I agree. My family of four loves beets. The amount that comes in the box is not half enough. Also radishes. Two bunches were gone in about 12 hours of snacking. If they extra can’t be in the box then I would be willing to buy more in the market.

I have been trying to delete my account since September. There is no way to delete your account, remove your personal information or credit card information from the website, despite multiple attempts and emails. Do not give this company any of your personal information. How can I get my information removed.

My first order came in. 3/4 of all of it was rotten. Even the box smelled. I have cancelled. DO NOT send me any more boxes!!!

My last box I ordered sugar pumpkins and they were rotten in two say! Pluse I got so many things I didn’t order

I would love to order more from the pantry but you pack too much into one box and most of my produce is destroyed when it arrives. If you would send the extra pantry order in another box, I would certainly buy more.

I suspect some of the damage is caused by the not-so-careful handling it receives between the time it leaves Misfits’ warehouse and the time it reaches the customer’s front porch. I have found boxes sitting on my front porch upside down, on end, sideways, every way but right side up. And I’m sure that in their haste, nobody handles any package very carefully. At the very least, printing big arrows and ‘THIS WAY UP” on the sides and top of the box might help.
Another idea is to create a sturdy divider for the inside of the box that divides the produce from the Pantry items.
Just a thought.

After picking out the extra pantry staples we should be able to make modifications to our box without clearing ALL of our selections. Many times the things we want are no longer available when we have to start over with the selections, all because we want to change one item.

Is that a possibility? They might decide to become customers after their first delivery but I can’t afford to give them a subscription.

Good morning! I received my first Misfits order last week, using the Flay30 coupon, and Was blown away by the awesome packing, quantity and quality! I would love to gift relatives a subscription for Christmas, using a discount if available, but let them select the products. I am loving my MM boxes and would love to give this service as a Christmas gift to a friend. Is there a way to purchase a gift certificate or membership for someone else?

I too experienced two out of three deliveries overpacked with pantry add ons; crushing and bruising produce below. Also have had at least 1-2 frozen items that perished due to this (lettuce, strawberries, oyster mushrooms, mangoes, for example). How do you report this and is there any credit or replacement for damaged products from shipping errors? We tried some pretty awful chocolate and granola that was not Gr8 at all. Otherwise enjoy the convenience and organic food delivered to my house in a pandemic. Thank you very much.
