Rosemary Cranberry Spritzers

Cranberries are one of the few fruits native to the United States, which is probably why it’s a staple in holiday cooking despite its love-it-or-hate-it flavor. The tart fruit pairs surprisingly well in drinks, sauces, and baked goods alike when combined with other strong, fragrant flavors.

In this simple recipe—which can be made into a mocktail with seltzer in place of champagne!—simply combine cranberries with a few other key ingredients for a tasty drink you’ll want to drink long after the holidays are over.

Instructions

  1. Gently roll the rosemary to release their oils.
  2. Distribute a tablespoon of fresh cranberries and a single sprig of rosemary among six glasses.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup of cranberry juice in each of the glasses and use the back of a spoon to gentle muddle the cranberries and rosemary.
  4. Top off with champagne or seltzer and spread the joy amongst friends!
