What you’ll need to make pickle juice popsicles:
- Pickle juice, any kind and amount that you have in your fridge
- Sugar, to taste
How to make pickle juice popsicles:
- Add up to 1/2 cup of sugar into pickle juice and stir until dissolved. Taste and add more as needed.
- Pour into popsicle molds (or use a cup and popsicle stick/metal straw for DIY molds) and place in the freezer until firm, ideally 3 hours to overnight.
