Gingery Pom-Cran Mocktail

Starting Dry January a few days early? Celebrating with the whole family, under-21s included? Whatever the reason (“just because” counts, too!), this fruity mocktail is tailor-made for zero-proof toasting. Slightly sweet, a little tart, and a tad bit spicy, we can’t promise that this won’t make the Champagne at least a little jealous. (Though a splash of gin, vodka, or topping of sparkling wine in place of tonic water wouldn’t be the worst idea.)

Gingery Pom-Cran Mocktail

  • 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup Fever Tree ginger beer
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1/3 cup fresh cranberries
  • Fever Tree tonic water
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • Ginge, sliced, for garnish


  1. In a pitcher, combine pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, ginger beer, pomegranate arils, and cranberries. Divide ice among glasses and pour in mocktail two thirds of the way full. Top each glass with tonic water and garnish with a slice of ginger. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Great question, Mary! Pomegranate arils are the seeds inside of a pomegranate. We hope this helps! ????
