- 1 large or 2 small red onions, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño, diced (remove seeds for a milder salsa)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Handful of cilantro, minced
Instructions
- Combine everything in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth or mixed to your liking. If you don’t have access to a food processor or blender, finely chop all of the ingredients and mix together in a large bowl for a chunkier salsa.
