Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or your favorite warming spice like nutmeg, ginger, or a combination)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 78 slices Odds & Ends Banana Bread

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, milk, vanilla, cinnamon (or warming spice of your choice), and salt. Pour into a shallow baking dish.
