- ½ cup milk (any kind)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for thickness)
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- Pinch of salt
Optional Toppings:
