Easy Tomato Vinaigrette

Description

Fragrant, summery salad dressing, as easy as chop, blend, and pour! 


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup Odds & Ends extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Odds & Ends balsamic vinegar
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into chunks 
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Serve over salads, alongside veggies for dipping, or on sandwiches for a fragrant flavor boost.
