- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- Zest from 1/2 a lemon
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- With a spatula, mix butter, herbs, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and a generous amount of pepper in a medium bowl. Transfer the butter onto a sheet of parchment paper and form into a log, twisting the ends to seal. Place in the fridge for about an hour to firm up before enjoying.
