  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, milk, vanilla, cinnamon (or warming spice of your choice), and salt. Pour into a shallow baking dish.
  2. Slice the Odds & Ends Cinnamon Bread into ¾-inch thick slices. Lay the slices in the custard mixture, letting them soak for 15 minutes. Flip the slices and soak the other side for another 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add a pat of butter to the skillet and cook 2-3 slices of banana bread at a time for about 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and firm.
  4. Serve warm, topped with maple syrup, fresh berries, or powdered sugar.
