- 2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Ginger beer
- Cucumber spears, blackberries, and a mint sprig, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice and add your Pimm’s No. 1 and lemon juice.
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with cucumber spears, mint sprig, and skewered blackberries, and enjoy!
