Instructions
More about ratio than recipe, here is a rough idea of how much to use of each one:
- ¼ cup paprika
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Plus 1 teaspoon of Kosher salt for good measure
