- Large ice cube
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon elderflower liqueur
- ½ cup Prosecco or other sparkling wine
Instructions
- In a frozen stemmed glass, add the ice cube, pickle juice, and elderflower liqueur. Gently mix.
- Fill your glass the rest of the way with Prosecco and enjoy!
