- ¼ cup Odds & Ends extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Odds & Ends balsamic vinegar
- 1 medium tomato, cut into chunks
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve over salads, alongside veggies for dipping, or on sandwiches for a fragrant flavor boost.
