Ingredients

  • ½ loaf La Boulangerie Croissant Toast, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter for richer flavor)

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for savory croutons)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut croissant toast into 1-inch cubes and spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using). Toss to coat.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, stirring once halfway, until golden and crisp.
  5. Let cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
