- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup cold brew coffee
- ½ cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional, for thickness)
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (to taste)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium jar or container, stir together oats, cold brew, milk, chia seeds (if using), sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon/cocoa.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
- In the morning, give the oats a stir, add more milk if needed, and top with fruit, nut butter, or crunchy toppings like cacao nibs or chopped nuts.
