- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded, peeled, and roasted
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a small food processor and pulse to combine. Continue to run until slightly smooth in texture. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
