Bobby Flay’s Red Pepper Feta Dip

  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded, peeled, and roasted
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small food processor and pulse to combine. Continue to run until slightly smooth in texture. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
